Our talented makers, chefs, and producers have crafted special menus to showcase the very best of the Canberra District wine region — from seasonal produce and handcrafted delights to locally made beverages.
As you explore, you’ll enjoy dishes inspired by the land and created with passion, perfectly paired with our region’s celebrated wines, This is your chance to savour, sip, and connect with the flavours and stories that make Murrumbateman unique. SAVOURY: Moroccan style Lamb and Chickpeas – slow cooked in a rich blend of fragrant spices and saffron, garnished with toasted almonds and served with carrot salad, green leaves, yoghurt and pita bread. Vegetarian version available.
SWEET: Raspberry Dark Chocolate Mousse served with fresh raspberries and whipped cream matched with Sparkling “Glen” Malbec.
SAVOURY: A trio of artisan milk bun sliders: juicy beef with cheese and house-made sauce, slow-cooked lamb with pickled cucumber and tzatziki, and spiced Mexican chicken with buttermilk slaw and smoky chipotle mayo. Served with a crisp cider.
SWEET: Raspberry and vanilla bean sponge layered with passionfruit curd and Swiss meringue buttercream, topped with freeze-dried fruit and crisp meringue. Served with berry coulis, ice cream, and a glass of prosecco.
SAVOURY: Duck Tart with Beetroot and Pinot Relish, Walnuts and Fetta matched with Gamay (gluten free and vegetarian available).
SWEET: Woo Chocolates Lamington Chocolate Tart with Raspberry Pate de Fruit, Coconut Ganache and Milk Chocolate Ganache matched with Shiraz.

SAVOURY: Smoked Salmon served on Potato Rostis topped with award winning Citrus Dill Labneh and a zesty dressing. Paired best with Gallagher Reisling.
SWEET: Black Forrest Trifle – layers of dark chocolate cake, morello cherries, award winning vanilla labneh, and house made shiraz nectar. Paired With Gallagher Shiraz.
SAVOURY: Slow cooked Lamb Shank Korma served on a bed of steamed rice. Both dishes to be served with any glass of wine of your choice. Matching suggestions provided on request
SWEET: Individual banoffee pavlova. Enjoy a delicious meringue base topped with whipped cream, sliced banana, slivered almonds, caramel and chocolate sauce garnished with chocolate flakes.
SAVOURY: Succulent Beef Bourguignon Pies made with our Shiraz and served with homestyle tomato relish. Perfectly paired with a glass of new release Shiraz. Vegetarian and Gluten free roasted vegetable frittata available.
SWEET: Crisp and zesty lemon curd tartlet, served with rich double cream and berry coulis. Paired with our barrel aged Chardonnay.

soda with a chocolate tasting board.
SAVOURY: Calamari ripieni alla siciliana. Sicilian-style stuffed calamari – a true delicacy of traditional Italian cuisine. Calamari stuffed with breadcrumbs, raisins, pine nuts, and diced caciotta, in a home-made, slow cooked, spiced tomato sauce. Paired with our 2024 Fiano.
SWEET: Cherry and lavender almond cake. Mums home-made rustic Tuscan dessert is gluten free and served with a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream.
Paired with our 2024 Sangiovese rosé.
SAVOURY: Pork roll – Juicy roast pork shoulder, crunchy slaw, apple sauce, crispy crackling, all packed into a ciabatta roll. Paired with our double Trophy winning 2023 Tempranillo.
SWEET: Cannoli – Crisp pastry shells filled with zesty lemon ricotta and topped with crushed pistachios. Paired with the delicious 2023 Botrytis Semillon Dessert Wine.

SAVOURY: Grazing platter to share: includes cured meats, a variety of cheeses, fresh fruit, and our original Shiraz or Chardonnay paste (GF and Vegetarian available). Served with your choice of wine.
SWEET: Eton Mess: A delightful mix of Berries, Meringue and Cream. (GF) Served with our Rosé.
SAVOURY: Wild Venison, slow-cooked with vegetables in medieval herbs, spices and mead. Veg/Vegan medieval pottage stew option. Paired with our traditional Keely Magic Mead or Nectaphilia Craft Beer.
SWEET: Elderberry & Pear Tart, crisp buttery shortcrust pastry filled with almond cream, magenta pears, and chestnut honey drizzle. Vegan spicy poached pears with vegan ice cream option. Paired with Brood Cherry Mead or Mulled Mead.
